Well....we finally got up most of our Christmas decorations and only broke about 4 glass ornaments...not too bad really. This is one of my favorite times of the year and I love to have the Christmas tree lights on and just sit and look at them. We actually invested this year in better Christmas lights for the house and they look really good. Cy is so proud they are still glowing and all of the house is lit up....last year they were always blowing a fuse and did not look too good.
Today when we were at Holland Garden, Carson told Brantley he wanted to go look at the Cracker Nut....I could not figure out what he was saying but then I saw him trying to play with the mouth of a Nut Cracker that was taller then him.....made me laugh! He also asked tonight for dinner if he could have some "flower seeds" instead of sunflower seeds....oh the things he says.
I did a little shopping today but am really starting to get anxious about what we are buying everyone....I just feel so blessed having a healthy family so that is my gift. I have been blessed with an amazing husband who is not only my best friend but I can honestly say I would be lost without....our kids are just wonderful and I have lifetime friends that mean the world to me as well as family members that are great too! My parents actually celebrated their 33rd anniversary this week and I am really thankful for what they have taught me and I am so blessed to have them to look up too. I know they have gone through some tough times but TOGETHER they made it through!
I do feel like this blog jumps from thought to thought but that is what it is for, right? So many things I want to do with so little time. I hope Cy will get our computer fixed so I will have a better way to post pictures....add one more thing to the to do list:)
